Core journeys

  1. First hour: Marcus Bell signs in with Google and has his first outside booking in his calendar.
  2. The client books on his phone: Grace Liu, recognised, books the same again, pays a deposit, confirms the reminder by email or text, reschedules and cancels.
  3. The house's demo booking: a visitor books a Workfolio demo from an ad and the conversion is recorded.
  4. The day: Today, a new booking, an unconfirmed client, an open hour, checkout, Next week and the day by member.
  5. The missed hour: James Holloway does not show, the fee is charged and he is sent a rebook link.
  6. The next hour: the next visit or series is booked at checkout, or sent after, and a review is asked for.
  7. The sick day [team]: a member is marked unavailable and each booking is moved or cancelled.
  8. The inbound meeting [sales]: a prospect submits a routing form and the meeting is booked, held and accepted, and Reports counts it for its setter.
  9. The class [classes]: a client buys a pack, books, waits, is promoted, the studio cancels, and a membership draws down.
  10. Arriving and leaving: Marcus imports from the template, exports the whole business, and an independent member leaves with his clients.
  11. Booking for a client: a parent books for her son and the other parent consents; a recruiter books a panel in one act [sales].
